We're building a single source of truth for data, reporting, and information across our business — and we need a sharp, systems-minded BI professional to own it. This role combines business intelligence, business process design, and AI-powered knowledge management into one high-impact seat.
What You'll Do
- —Build, manage, and maintain dashboards covering commercial, marketing, and operational metrics using Looker Studio, Power BI, or equivalent tools
- —Produce and publish the weekly performance scorecard covering funnel, channel, and business health KPIs
- —Own the metric-definitions master: one number, one definition, one owner — enforced across all reports
- —Perform regular CRM data quality checks; ensure field completeness and source tracking standards are met
- —Document and standardize core business processes — approval workflows, naming governance, version control, SOPs — and automate using AI and integrations where applicable
- —Build and maintain the organization's central knowledge hub: product glossary, approved-language library, SOPs, and brand assets with version control
- —Implement AI-powered workflows for report generation, internal search, and information retrieval
- —Support cross-functional reporting for commercial, operations, and finance teams
What We're Looking For
- —3–5 years in business analytics, BI, marketing operations, or information management
- —Proficient in SQL for data extraction and reporting
- —Hands-on with Looker Studio and/or Power BI (or equivalent BI platforms)
- —Advanced in Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel
- —Experience with CRM reporting (HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Salesforce, or similar)
- —Strong AI tool fluency: automation workflows, GPT-based productivity, knowledge management tools
- —Experience in business process documentation and SOP design
- —Healthcare, B2B2C, or professional services data experience is a strong advantage
