Digital Marketing and Marketing Operations Specialist

We need a technically strong digital marketer who is equally comfortable managing social campaigns and building CRM automation sequences. This role is the operational backbone of our marketing team — you run the channels, own the systems, and make sure the data is clean and the reports are accurate.
What You'll Do
- —Manage and optimize owned digital channels: website, social media, email, SMS, and messaging platforms
- —Build and maintain CRM workflows, marketing automation sequences, and nurture funnels
- —Execute demand generation campaigns for both B2B (professional/clinical) and B2C (premium consumer) audiences
- —Manage the weekly newsletter and multi-channel engagement cadence — tracking open rates, clicks, and audience health
- —Produce weekly digital performance reports and contribute to the team's scorecard rhythm
- —Maintain data hygiene: deduplication, source tracking, field standards, and list segmentation
- —Document and maintain system ownership, SOPs, and marketing technology workflows
What We're Looking For
- —3–5 years in digital marketing, marketing operations, or CRM management
- —Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or similar)
- —Strong analytical skills — comfortable producing reports and making data-informed decisions
- —Proficient in social media management, SEO basics, Google Analytics, and email marketing platforms
- —AI tool fluency: automation workflows, prompt-based productivity tools
- —Experience in B2B and/or B2C digital marketing environments
- —Self-directed and highly organized — you don't wait to be told what needs fixing
