Marketing Account Manager — Strategic Partner Clinics

We're looking for a results-driven Marketing Account Manager to be the dedicated marketing partner for our growing network of clinic and professional partners. You'll own the relationship, the launch plan, and the marketing execution — making sure every partner is set up for success from day one.
What You'll Do
- —Serve as the primary marketing point of contact for assigned clinic and professional partners
- —Build and execute tailored marketing plans that drive partner activation and revenue
- —Manage end-to-end marketing launches for partner clinics — from strategy and asset creation to go-live and post-launch review
- —Develop and deliver partner communication kits, toolkit packages, and enablement materials
- —Coordinate with internal creative, digital, and content teams to produce partner-specific assets
- —Track and report on partner engagement, launch progress, and account marketing performance
- —Identify gaps in partner support and proactively close them
What We're Looking For
- —3–5 years of experience in account management, B2B marketing, trade marketing, or brand management
- —Strong client relationship skills — you're professional, proactive, and easy to work with
- —Proven ability to manage multiple accounts or projects simultaneously without dropping the ball
- —Experience in healthcare, aesthetics, wellness, FMCG, or professional services is a strong plus
- —Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- —Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with checklists, timelines, and deliverable trackers
- —Proficient in CRM platforms, project management tools, and basic digital marketing channels
